About Crow Canyon Heights

Crow Canyon Heights, Danville, California is a premium, gated community of 116 townhouse homes.  It is located in the “heart of San Ramon Valley” in Contra Costa County, and enjoys a pleasant climate year round near the Iron Horse Trail, beautiful parks, and conveniently located near fabulous shopping and dining.  The Town of Danville has a population of just over 40,000 people offering a perfect blend of upscale amenities and small town charm.

 

Crow Canyon Heights offers homeowners a Cabana Clubhouse with kitchen and rest rooms, wifi access, a pool for residents and their guests with state-of-the art, automated pool management, regulated parking, monthly newsletters, managed community maintenance, beautiful gated entrances, attractive street and landscape lighting, and upgraded, high efficiency landscape irrigation systems with drought tolerant design.

 

The homeowner association has an active five member Board of Directors working with an independent association management company.  Board meetings are held on site on the third Thursday of each month at the Cabana at 7:00 PM.  Board meetings are informative and interactive, and all homeowners are welcomed and encouraged to attend.  The Crow Canyon Heights HOA has committees made up of volunteers who report to the Board of Directors for Architectural matters, Landscaping, Parking and other areas.

 

Parking Info

The community maintains an attractive and orderly appearance throughout.  Resident’s vehicles are to be parked in their respective garages, and on-street parking is prohibited.  Parking spaces are provided for guests throughout the community with overnight parking by approved permit. Pool Cabana Info
