  • What is the Members Section?
    The Members Section is for homeowners and residents only. It contains information that should remain private. If you are a resident and sign up, approval takes normally just one day for access.
  • When are Board meetings held?
    Board meetings are held on the third Thursday of every other month, beginning at 7:00 PM., at the community Cabana club house. The agenda for each Board meeting is posted on the community message boards located at each main gate, at least 4 days in advance of each Board meeting.
  • Is there a newsletter?
    CCH publishes a monthly newsletter that is sent to residents who provide a valid email address, and is posted on the message boards at each main gate. Newsletters are published on the 1st of each month.
  • Where can I find reference documents for the Association?
    Relevant documents are available online. Click MEMBERS in the top menu list, log in and all available documents are there, including CCH Rules & Regulations Guidebook, CC&Rs, Bylaws, applications for architectural changes, landscaping, and parking, current and past newsletters, a homeowner directory, and cabana rental information.
  • Is Smoking Prohibited?
    Crow Canyon Heights is a no smoking community, in compliance with Town of Danville regulations and Crow Canyon Heights Rules & Regulations. Smoking is prohibited in all CCH residences, patios, pool area, decks, garages, and within 25 feet of all doors, windows, air ducts, and ventilation systems.
  • Can I pay my my monthly homeowner dues online?
    Online dues payment service is available on the Management Company page.
  • How can I open the gate in the other section of CCH?
    Your clicker and windshield tag works both gates in the exact same way for both sections of the community.
  • Do I need a special key for the pool gate?
    No, the key for the pedestrian gates at both main entrances also opens the pool gate. Everyone is asked to make sure the pool gate is kept closed except for entering and exiting - it’s the law!
  • Is there a lifeguard at the pool?
    No, there is no lifeguard. All visitors to the pool area are asked to review rules for conduct and use of the pool, found in the Rules & Regulations Guidebook, pages 14-15.
  • How do I report broken irrigation and leaks?
    If you find a problem with the irrigation system, such as leaks, water running when it likely shouldn’t be, etc., please contact Homeowner Association Services at (925) 830-4848 X121. For after hours and weekend emergencies call (925) 831-2309.
  • Are there rules about parking and vehicles?
    Crow Canyon Heights has parking rules and regulations designed to enhance and protect how our community looks and for the benefit of all homeowners and residents. See the reference pages here Parking Rules & Regulations.
  • What do I have to do to get approval to install new windows or front door?
    Architectural modifications that could be visible from outside the home, such as windows, front door, garage door, and others, require filling out an Architectural Change Application and submitting the form to Homeowner Association Services. The Architecture Committee, subject to Board review and approval will review applications and respond. The application form can be downloaded from this web site by signing in, then click “Members” at the top of the Members Only Section, then click the button for Landscape/Architecture Change Application. Submit the completed application to Homeowner Association ServicesCommon Interest Management.
  • Is there Internet access in the pool area?
    Yes, wireless access to the Internet is provided for residents and their guests. A password for access is required, which can be found posted on the message board outside the Cabana building, and posted indoors as well.
  • Where can I find contact information for utilities, emergencies, other services, and other reference material?"
